Dialogue
We will spend the first part of our session assessing your current state of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual state of health along with any adverse childhood experiences or attachment issues. Through discussion, will identify areas of concern or areas in need of attention and together we will develop a clear intention for the session.
A clear heart-centered intention is key to an effective energy therapy session. Since energy follows our intention and what we focus on, having a consciously stated intention is vital. There are usually two parts to an intention.
- What is it that you want to release or shift?
- What is it that you want to invoke?
We will work together to find your truest expression of your intention.
We will then move to begin the bodywork part of the session. You will lie comfortably on a massage table and I will begin working on various areas of the body sometimes on the body, sometimes elevated off the body. A first session can take up to two hours.
Tablework
During the tablework part, I will place my hands on various parts of the body which I will have identified during the conversation through the various protocols and techniques from my training. I will begin to sense the energy in those areas to identify energetic blocks, distortions, or imbalances. I will release these energy patterns using different pressures and techniques, working to bring balance of flow to your energy system. It is a safe, gentle, supportive method that can be used to release negative patterns of the past and help to empower and bring balance to your life. It is an effective healing modality that releases stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and negative emotions.
